The customer’s lathe reported an error of not receiving the handwheel signal. Although the mechanic has used a lot of handwheels to replace them, they still report errors.
We came to survey and conduct an inspection for a few hours, then determined the right cause, negotiated with the customer and immediately handled it for the customer. The machine was running but no longer reported that error.
The client machine was imported directly from the container, so it has never been run, we went down to handle the remaining errors for the customer and the machine was handed over to production.
